I met up with Torstein Bjørklund today at Stockfleths Lille Grensen. Only 15 years (16?) old, Torstein competed in the norwegian barista championship this year and ended up in sixth place. Great achievement. He works at the "Kaffebønna" coffee bar in Tromsø. Always on the lookout for more knowledge and coffee experiences, Torstein is full of energy and very interested in the barista craft.
Tim W. was there too, and then Anders Gulden Olstad walked in as well. We had a great time discussing coffee.
