I've been having a blast the last two days trying some of Tim's new blends. He made a comment to one of my blog messages some days ago about wanting me to try some wbc-blends, and yesterday he called me to let me know I could pick up some coffee at the Lille Grensen branch. Sure enough, a big bag of coffee to take home and check. Inside was several 250g packages with various coffees and blends. I am taking notes and reporting back to him. This is fun and I am learning a lot when I have so much coffee to plough through, and thereby being able to really experiment with temps (by flushing), dosing, tamping etc. In the process I hope I am helping him with some constructive feedback. That's what he is saying anyway, and I am happy to hear that. I am like I said earlier having fun and I am feeling lucky, hell, I am honoured to get the chance to do this. Tim is a really cool guy and always willing to share his knowledge. We will be cheering you along in Trieste, Tim ! Weird to think that I will be on my way next monday..
