The Oslo qualifying rounds for the norwegian barista championship was a blast. I had lots of fun and got to meet many cool people. I have uploaded a web gallery with some of the pictures I took. The event took place in a local restaurant called Soria Moria and was spread over three days because of the amount of baristi wanting to compete. There was an open bar, dj, some exhibits by the sponsors (illy and temperato among them) and of course coffeeheads all over the place. I love walking around taking pictures and feeling those good vibes. Tim Wendelboe ended up being the one with the best score and will be competing in the national championship in april. 5 others from oslo get to go to.
Anders Gulden Olstad, a fellow coffeegeek and friend, was there too and made lots of coffee drinks with the siliva and la valentina on the temperato stand. He's a really nice guy and seemed to thoroughly enjoy himself. Check out the smile below :)
